Formatting changing to btw file despite saving
Hello,
I have previously formatted font, spacing size correctly and saved the btw file, however when opening it, it reverts back and is even worse than started. How do I make it stay formatted correctly. I have also file saved as.

That looks like a missing font issue.
Are you opening the label on the same PC used to create it and if not does the PC you are using have the same driver installed?
