Serialization failed with API

Hi,
When we print labels with serialization settings, and use the BarTender API, the counter does not work, it will be the same number on each label 0001 and not 0002 and so on, but when we print directly from the Bartender design software to the printer outside the API then it works, is it something with the API or is it something with the settings in the serialization function??

  It sounds like the API is sending the Copies/Copies per Serial Number value and not the Serial Numbers quantity. 

  btFormat.PrintSetup.IdenticalCopiesOfLabel = 

  and not 

  btFormat.PrintSetup.NumberOfSerializedLabels = 

  I think it should be
