Data missing from 2D Bar Code
I have a problem with a 2D bar code on a shipping label. The 2D bar code includes a part number field. For some part numbers, the bar code that is printed is missing a "space" character. If I print the label to a txt file instead of to an Intermec printer, I can see the data string that is being sent to the printer for the 2D bar code. That data string includes the "space" character that is missing when the bar code is actually printed. Any ideas about what could be causing a problem like this will be greatly appreciated.

Try adjusting the Print Method to include Barcodes controlled by BarTender and see if that sorts it. This option can be found in the Properties of the Barcode field and a button on the Symbology and Size option.
It may also be worth checking the Allowable Characters from the Data Source>Transforms>Character Filter option to make sure that Space is an allowable character
