Hello dear .I have such a problem when printing labels, a black stripe appears on the thermo stickers, what is the problem?why is this happening?

  It sounds like it could be printing the watermark. This appears if your labels contain features from a higher version of the software, such as using labels connected to a database when you only have the free version
