We want to add a printer in the Bartender Cloud environment. We've added it to the RDS server so it can be added to the Bartender Cloud. We're getting the message, "The current user '....' hasn't used printer '....' before the grace period, so permission to use that printer cannot be determined. BarTender cannot print or export printer code templates to printer .... until the connection to the licensing server is restored." I've restarted the Bartender licensing service and the SQL service used for this. It still doesn't work.
