Data Missing From Label
Problem: Some labels are printing with no data. All the hard coded items on the label are present but none of the data which comes in the trigger file is printed. Less than 5% of the labels printed exhibit this problem. All other labels print fine complete with the trigger file data.
I have labels that use a text file database as the template. The labels are printed using an integration that monitors a directory for the trigger file which uses %BTW% to print the label. The label file is correct. The label uses a text database as the template to build the label. None of the data in the trigger file is printed on the label except for data that makes up the barcode. The data that makes up the barcode is created using a VB script.

For testing purposes try changing the Integration to rename rather than delete the trigger files and if the error arises look at the trigger file and make sire the data in that is correct and there are no blank/partial lines between the data lines as I have seen that cause issues like this before

Have you checked History Explorer to see if any errors are being logged?
