Use date format from data source

Hello, my form isn't picking up a custom date format (yyyy-MM-dd) from the data source, but is instead applying a standard format.  The date is printed correctly on the label.

  It should do as long as the label field is configured correctly and you are using a Data Picker entry field and have not adjusted these settings:
