Generate Data Matrix Code with certain requirement

Hey guys,

I'm facing difficulties to generate a Data matrix code which needs to be filled into the photo as below. I'm currently using BarTender 2016.

Here is a sample of the reference's code format:

This is the latest code that we’ve generated:

However, despite our efforts to configure the settings as shown in the attached photo, we only able to achieve the result as below.

Attached is an image showed the outcomes when scanning these Data Matrix Code. The other 2 code have also failed to be filled in correctly.

This is the result that we wanted to achieve.

I would really need some guidance on the settings to generate a Data matrix code which able to read as required.

Any additional information or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
