Printing Base Label With Database Maps

I have just upgraded BarTender from V10 to 2016.

I have imported my Commander queues and set them to Print in Integration Builder but I am getting 2 labels print.

One of the data and then the Base template with data maps. How do I stop the base one printing?

  Can you attach the Integration file for us to examine?
