Data Entry Form - Organic Dropdown Menus

In the Data Entry Form, is it possible to have multiple dropdown menus, where each subsequent dropdown presents choices based on a previous dropdown's selection? I'm basically attempting a drill down with limited selections.

 

Our data is currently coming from an Excel sheet. I have had success in making a query and pulling back options for the dropdown. I have also filtered through it with a dictionary to filter out duplicates. Finally, I can get results to display in print preview.

 

While I have a PHP background, I am new to both Bartender and VB Scripting, so please bear with me.

  Unfortunately No.

  I would create Excel form or Access form to do such and create CSV file from VBA macro, then feed the CSV file to Commander to print bartender documents automatically.
