Error While Printing From Print Station

Hi @ all,

 

I'm using the Librarian connected to a MS SQL holding all files that are free for printing within the network. Therefore all files are checked in in Librarian.

 

If I do print a label from the Print Station, I'll get the following error:

 

Nr.: 0
Error
Categorie:    Miscellaneous
------------------------------------------------------

Description:

Dokument C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Temp\inp3f2fn.tmp.btw could not be saved.

 

Can someone tell me, why this does happen? Is it, because the last printing position should be stored?

  Via the "Help>About" menu item, what is the version/build of software that you're using?  What version of Windows is BarTender running upon?

  Could you attach some of the affected BarTender documents (.btw) by using the "More Reply Options..." button? Are these documents in a published, or unpublished state in Librarian?

   

  Under Windows Services, can you check under which account the "BarTender System Service is running"? Does this account have permissions to print published BarTender documents in Security Center?

   

  This might be another instance of a known bug we're trying to solve.
