Windows Explorer Crashes

We are using BarTender to print label on Zebra GK420t-Z

 

Today, when I right mouse click on the printer properties of ALL Zebra print queues, it crashes Windows Explorer on Windows R2 Server 2008.

 

The details of error msg can refer to the attachment png.

 

Pls support.

  The driver is not up to date - uninstall and update the driver to the latest might help.

  Download the latest driver, 

  http://www.seagullscientific.com/drivers/zebra-windows-printer-drivers.aspx

  Disconnect the printer, Run driverwizard and delete the printer.

  then install the same printer again by driverwizard. (C:\Seagull\driverwizard.exe in default)
