Connection Type

I'm using Bartender 10.0. When I try to add a new scale, it only shows TCP/IP connection as an option. How can I enable serial or USB connection? As I know of, not many scales support direct network connection.

  USB connected weigh scales are not supported.

  No, I'm using a MacBook running Windows 7. If I connect a USB-to-serial converter, can I have a serial port available in my PC?

  No idea, I suggest you contact the weigh scale manufacturer.
