Hi, the other day i was out at a customer installing a couple of Bartender Professional versions.

On one PC after installation the shortcuts and associations was missing. I tried to repair without luck, then

i reinstalled and the shortcuts/associations was there. By the way there was full administrator rights on the user.

Now on this PC several new users will login in with there own user, and shortcut, and more important the file associations are missing.

 

Anyone have any idea why it behave like this?

  This is a known issue with some older versions of BarTender.  You simply need to recreate the shortcuts for your other user profiles as they didn't get copied across properly so that all user profiles have access to them.

  Thanks Ian, but this is happening with the latest version 10.1 SR4, i will tell them to check the default user and eventually copy the user it was installed on to the default user.
