Printing Problem From Sap
Hello BarTender Gurus
We have a VP485 printer and it doesn't print even a ABAP-List from SAP.
On our printserver we choose the following settings:
- Driver Version 7.3.3.0
- Print Processor: winprint - RAW
SAP Printer Configuration:
- Device Type SAPGOF/SAPWIN (both didn’t worked)
We couldn't print anything from SAP on our printer, but a testpage and normal prints from the printserver worked.
The Print Spool is empty on the printserver and the printer display shows always “printing”.
Can you help us?

Are you printing your labels via BarTender? From your email it doesn't look like this is the case.
Please note that BarTender can be easily integrated with SAP:

If you're not printing from BarTender and trying to use the driver in passthrough mode, I'm afraid that we (Seagull Scientific Support) won't be able to offer much assistance as we don't know your SAP software works and how it is planning to make use of our drivers?
If you download BarTender Trial Edition on a Windows PC (same PC as the driver is running), can you make some test printing and let us know how it goes?
