Getting Offset From Database Fail
We have an excel sheet as a database where we store an offset for (number of months) for the "best before date" Our labels are on a roll and have 5 in a row. If we go through print station and select to print a variety of labels it will take the first offset and use that on ALL the first five labels, regardless of whether a label had another offset number and then it will take the offset number of the next label in line (This could be the same label as the last one on previous group of five as per case study explained below.)
So in the example as per images attached We are running up 5 labels with a total quantity of 9 labels (there is one more label further down the list, not diplayed in the image, that has a quantity of 3 and an offsett of 12)
So to try and visualise this if we take the offset in months we would expect it to spit out the labels as follows. In example below the * indicates the same label (Pineapple Chews SL) which has an offset of 9. It happens to cross over the two groups of five labes in a row.

Instead what we get is this

We would probably need to take a look at your BarTender document and the database to verify what might be happening here. Would you mind sending us an email with those two files to our tech support email address (choose the closest office to your situation)?
