If there is a problem with the Integration printer, can it send the job to another printer on the same network?
A customer of mine who uses Integration has two printers on the production line. If one fails, he wants to use the other.
When the file arrives, it triggers and produces the label without any problems, and the label data is sent with the printer name. If this printer has a problem and cannot print, can integartion redirect the job to another printer?

I dont think I have tried this when an Integration is being used that names the printer, but have you tried adjusting "Redirect to" setting in Administration Console>Printer Setup that is in use on the machine that runs the Integration?
