Sharing label templates with other users to print through print station
Hi all
This is possibly a question for librarian or print station, but I thought I'd try here first.
Background
We have Bartender installed on a virtual server on our network. I have created a label using Designer which has a form to select a record from our database to use on the label. I've published this label to Librarian and can print it using Print Station selecting the record I want from the database all on the virtual server. Perfect.
I've installed Bartender on my local machine and want to use Print Station to select the label, choose my database record and print the label. I have several users I want to setup like this.
Problem
The label template doesn't show in Librarian on my local machine, how do I link this to Librarian on our virtual machine so it appears in Print Station?
Any assistance you can provide to point me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

You need to make sure that your computers are connected to the same System Database via Administration Console and then configure the Librarian permissions etc so that those users can access the files in it
