Can print using Bartender Designer, but not with Print Portal
Hello, I have a design with a User Form that allows the user to select a file containing field information. Once the file is selected, a label is printed for each line in the file. The process then moves the selected file to an archive folder. This design works fine by printing from BarTender Designer, but when I try to print using Print Portal, I can choose the file, click the action button to print, but there is no spooling message, no error message, no jobs are sent to the printer and the file is not archived. Any ideas why it works in one application but not in the other?
