BarTender Cloud print blank pages

When printing using bartender cloud, only a small blank page is printed.  Using the same btw file to print locally it works perfectly.   If I pause the printer and look at the file sent through the BarTender Print Gateway, it is only a 1.2K file, while printing from on-prem barTender the printout is a 56K file.

Are there some known issues with BarTender Cloud ?

  In the log files I see:
  2023-11-30 07:30:59.9339: ERROR BarTender.Gateways.Printing.PrintGateway.PrintRouterConnection: Connection manager could not start hub connection. Exception message: One or more errors occurred. (The HubConnection cannot be started if it is not in the Disconnected state.)
