Desktop Zebra Printer Settings
I am trying to find individual printer settings, even though we have the Bartender Driver installed. When we use our MRP system to print a label, it is printing the label out really dark. When I go to printer preferences > Options, it is checked for using the default printer settings. I can't find those settings anywhere. How do I navigate to see this?

I am guessing you mean these tick boxes.
This means that BarTender will use the settings stored in the printer itself. If you printer has an LCD you can go into the menu settings on the printer itself and you should be able to see the Heat/Darkness setting in the Media Settings in the menu. Alternatively or if the unit has no LCD then you will need to print off a configuration label and you can do this from the Printer Properties>Tools>Print and Configuration option.
