Printer offline
We have a GC select printer for printing horticultural labels. Have not used it for several months. It shows the printer as offline on the laptop. How do I get the computer to recognize the printer?

The issue you are experiencing suggests an issue with the printer, USB cable, or USB port. You might try removing the driver and reinstalling it just to be sure it's not driver-related, however, issues such as these are likely related to a hardware issue.
