Weird kerning on a single word when printing

I have a label that is 3.5" x 6" - with text, various font styles, background and images.  It prints just fine except for a single word in a block of text.  It prints the word with the 1st and 2nd letters butted together as well as the 7th, 8th and 9th.  I have tried deleting the word and retyping and still the same issue.  I am currently running 2021 R9 on a Epson TM-C3500.

Any thoughts?

  Could you provide us with a pic of the printed output? Also, can you recreate the issue in a new label? if you were to open a new BarTender document and type that word with the same settings, would the label present the same kerning as the original label?
