Horizontal line appears on preview and on printing in random place.

Hello,

we are using BarTender 2019 R7 and print .ai templates. All templates (a few dozen) looks fine on editor, but in preview and on printing we get a horizontal black line on every label in random place .

Preview and print result is the same and looks like this.

  I have seen something like that before with black on white printing.

  It was a while ago and I think it took a bit of trial and error to get rid of the line. Have you got a black box on the with the two text fields placed on top of it? In which case you could try reducing the height of the box and adding a filled in border round the text object and see what that does.
