Find a suitable windows driver
Hello Everybody. I purchased several Portable Bluetooth 2inch label printers from China. The printer "calls itself" as Chiteng CT220B (https://www.walmart.com/ip/CHITENG-CHITENG-CT220B-Portable-Thermal-Printer-Wireless-BT-Mobile-Phone-Label-Printer-High-Speed-Printing-Support-BT-USB-Connection-Plug/353034945). I need to be able to use the printer from Windows and from Ubuntu. The seller claims that in Windows I need to install Seagull drivers but "he is not sure what model to choose". How can I check what is the correct model and how to I install the driver for Bluetooth?

Installing Seagull Drivers is not necessarily a requirement to use printers with our BarTender Software; we currently don't carry specific drivers for the printer you mentioned, so we would recommend trying the manufacturer's drivers instead and testing BarTender's behavior with these.
Also, some rebranded models have been known to work with other manufacturers' driver packages. I would suggest reaching your seller and discussing this matter with them, as they would have the details on this particular printer model.
