Using barcode/QR code to open files

Hello,

Is it possible to set it up where instead of having to select the file I want to open I can program a barcode or QR code so that when I scan it barcode will automatically open the correct label file?

  Not tried it but I think if you had the Automation or Enterprise editions then you could scan code into a Run window if you had encoded the full file path to the label appended to the full file path to the BarTender.exe with a <SPACE> /AF= ,,,,,(label path and name)..... .btw /p /x at the end of it
