Replaced old printer and grace period didn't start on Bartender 2021 Automation, what to do?

I have Seagull Bartender 2022 license for 3 printers and all was OK until we decided to replace old printer with new.
I’ve got error message and I have read documentation and I understand that should start grace period, but for unknown reasons it didn’t start.

We never used more than 3 printers with this license, so should be deactivated grace period functionality like it is mentioned in documentation - grace period can be deactivated if too many times it was activated.
As you can see from screenshot - Status: Normal.

What to do in this case. I do not want wait 7 days and why grace period didn't kick in?
