Experiencing an error
We are experiencing a recurring issue when attempting to log in to the BarTender app on Android tablets via BarTender Cloud EMEA. Most of the time, we receive an error message below, during login. Occasionally, the connection is successful, but the error occurs frequently enough to disrupt workflow.
- The BarTender Print Gateway is correctly installed on the host PC.
- ZQ511 printer drivers have been properly set up.
Could you please advise on possible causes for this intermittent connectivity issue?
