How to update a database field after printing a label

Hi,
I’m working with BarTender to print labels using data from a database. The database contains both the label data and the number of labels to print. Everything works fine with pulling data and printing. However, I need BarTender to automatically update a field in the database (e.g., set a column Printed to Y) after a specific record has been printed.

How can I configure BarTender to write back to the database after printing, so I can track which labels have already been printed?

  I do not think that is possible with Professional. With Automation and above you will access to the Actions menu and one of those includes an update database field command.
