Deactivating Bartender 2019 License After PC Repairs

I recently replaced the motherboard of my PC and reinstalled windows 11. I am trying to reinstall Bartender 2019 but I cannot activate it because I was not able to deactivate my license prior to reinstalling windows. I attempted to contact support but they said I do not have a Maintenance Support Agreement or BarTender subscription. I own the product already and just need to deactivate my license from my previous windows installation, I don't think I should have to pay for a service plan to do that.

  Having the same issue, really stupid of Seagull that they started doing this. Really beyond annoying, and of course they aint responding, looks like im going to have to find a replacement system cause of this!
