Bartender has locked me (the admin) out of the administrator control panel (see image attached). No one else on the network has admin access.

This happened when trying to add my colleague as an admin, once I'd given her all the permissions and clicked apply I was denied access and locked out.

How do I solve this issue?

Could this be caused by me not having admin access to my work PC?
