Check Digit on GS1 Expanded Stacked
Hi,
is it possible to disable check digit generating for GTIN placed in GS1 Expanded Stacked?
I'm using external DB to feed the data, and I have those barcodes with check digit already. Till now I always remove last digit, and use it as barcode source for generated barcode (I use wizard for that).
It's not a big deal, but maybe there is some option to not add check digit? I see this option available for other types, but not for GS1 Expanded Stacked, maybe I'm missing something, and bartender should automatically detect if the given number already has check digit in it?

No is the simple answer. Where a check digit is mandatory then BarTender will automatically calculate it and add it on. Where data already includes the check digit, I would normally enable Truncation from the Transforms tab and set it to delete the left hand character (ie the check digit) so that BarTender can then calculate and append it to the string
