Printer licensing issues
We have BarTender licensing for 1 printer.
This printer had a problem and had to be replaced.
However, after installing it, when trying to use it, we received the message that it is not possible to use it because we are using one more printer than the contract allows.
We tried to delete the existing printer pool and create a new one with only the current printer, but even so, when we created the pool, 2 printers were automatically recognized.
I would like guidance on how to remove the old printer from licensing and install the new one.
