So my company is working on moving to the BarTender web tool through the Enterprise level platform for the use of lab printing.  We're running into issues with print settings and darkness; to the point no matter what we do with the template it will not print dark enough to even read on the web-tool, while working fine from the Designer application.

We've tried editing the document settings of the templates, changing the hardware settings of the printer, and everything in between.  When printed from Designer, the labels look perfect.  But when printed from Cloud, they're so light one can barely notice they were printed on.  Made a post inquiring about scripting in another thread, but can anyone give me some ideas on where we're going wrong?  We're almost at the point where the consideration has been brought up to discard the service all together and consider the money spent wasted. I really would like to avoid that.
