Feed Button No Longer Works After Printing A Label

I have a Zebra ZQ520 mobile printer, using the CPCL driver.  I have set up the printing using the Zebra Setup Utility to feed a label when the label feed button is pressed.  The same setting exists in the printer driver.  I have the driver check-mark checked to always use drivers settings.

 

However, when I print a label through Bartender the feed button only feeds about a inch (using 4x6 labels).  The label prints fine.  I can power off the printer, restart it, and it feeds properly ... until I print another label.

 

Any ideas?

  Could be that the print settings for the document, accessed via the "Document Properties" button in the "Print" dialog, is set to continuous print mode, whereas the general setting for the driver is set to labels with gaps.
