Error Message # 3323

Good morning

 

Someone deleted all btw labels that we work.

 

We managed to recover all the files but now we can not open any.

 

It appears error #3323 not supported format

 

Does anyone knows it this error means?

  The error message means that the label format files (.btw) are corrupted. Either the EOF is bad, or some other sort of corruption occured. This would have appeared when trying to recover the files after being deleted. If your BarTender version is still supported by us, you can send 1-2 of your label formats to our support department to see if we're able to recover the corruption:
