Not Printing On Different Size Label

I created a new 4"x2" label, but when I print nothing shows up on the label. If I load a different file from a label that is 2"x.5" it prints fine even on the 4"x2" label. Is there something I am missing in the print set up?

  What printer make/model are you printing to?
  
  Could it be that you have not configured the print settings correctly for this BarTender document? You can do this via the "Print" dialog, clicking the "Document Properties" button.
