I'm having some problems with the Data Entry form. I need to get data out of a collumn from a Microsoft Access Database. I added the database at 'Database Fields' and then at 'Named data sources' and called it 'ID'. In my template I dragged a textbox and after that I dragged 'ID' into it and it showed the lowest value of the  'ID' collumn of the database which is '15'. Then I went to the 'Data Entry form' and dragged a 'Dropdown list' into it and right clicked it and chose 'Properties'. Under 'Linked data source' I chose 'ID' and went to 'List items'. The 'List items' only showed 2 values: 'Value 1' and 'Value 2'. I opened the Visual Basic script editor and added the following to it: 'Value = Format.NamedSubStrings("ID").Value' to both the events. When I then looked at the 'List items' it showed one value: '15'. The problem is in the database the values go from 15 to 215 and 'List items' only shows the lowest value. I hope somebody could help me to get all the value's from the collumn into the 'List items'.
