Zt410 prn file errors FT65335
Hi,
When I print to a PRN file, with text closer than 3mm to left of the label, then the FT measurement in the X direction is 65335. If I move the text to the right greater than about 3.0mm from left side then the FT x measurement is correct.
This only occurs with the ZT410 300 dpi printer, my files for Z4m 200 dpi printers always come out correct. Even if I use the same file and switch printers, the ZT410 is wrong but the Z4M 200 dpi is correct.
Other than moving all my text greater than 3.0mm from the left, what is the solution here?

Not sure if anyone else still has this issue with the ZT410s, but we also had an offset issue with the ZT410. What we ended up doing was configuring the printer's Left offset found under the printer's advanced settings to a negative value.

That setting can be found in the drivers on the Advanced Options screen
