Need a help installing TT-3 printer

Hi,

I'm looking for a help with TT-3 printer installation, during Driver installation version 2022.2 when it ask to connect USB device after printer is connected it not detect it. The printer shows in printer applet as Unspecified: "Barcode Printer" but the driver installer do not detect it. We tried the same procedure on separate computer and the situation is the same, we also tried to change other USB cables - without success. The OS is windows 10, and windows 11.

  I presume you are using our Drivers by Seagull™ printer drivers, correct? Also, could you confirm you are following our article on Installing a Seagull driver for a USB printer?
