Bartender drivers to Zebra 2022.2 do not work in windows 2012 R2 -The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump

Hello everyone, 

We are working with Windows 2012 Server R2. When we tried printing got the following message:

The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the dynamic link library  c:\ Program Files\ Seagull\Printer Drivers \Packages\2022.2\Seagull_DriverCore.dll

When working from a computer with windows 10, the drivers work correctly. 

Also, we can see the file Seagull_DriverCore.dll in the server:

  Hello Sir,

  Thanks for the post,

  In my thought, it seems like the Application - "SAP Business One" doesn't have permission to access the folder.
  If possible, maybe you can grant the access permission to the folder for "Everyone"
  So that the application should be able to access the file in the folder.
