Need to significantly alter IP schema at site

    Hi Joe,

    Welcome to the BarTender Community!

    If you change the IP of the printers it is quite likely that they will be recognized as new ones. We would advise reaching our Technical Support technicians, and scheduling a maintenance window with them after the IP alteration, as, depending on your site's setup, we might be able to remotely reset the printer count, avoiding the printer duplication altogether.

    In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and enter your Support Number, this will automatically check your support status and provide you with links to your available lines of support. Also, please be sure to have your BarTender Support Number with you ready when you reach us as our technicians will have to check on your license and see what the status is from our side.
