Customized Serialization

I wanted to ask if there was a way to do a customized serialization. The label that I am attempt to create should not have serial numbers reproduce for 18 months. I didn't see an option so currently I have the Specified value is reached at 99999999 for a 16 serial number with a -. So for an example, if have a serial number of 11111111-11111111, it will not reset until the second set becomes 11111111-99999999, correct?

  Correct, once 99999999 is reached, the serialization sequence should reset. Please remember to set your Reset Value to 11111111 as well, or else the value will reset to 00000000:
