Does support web form send acknowlegement email?

I submitted a support request via the web form but didn't receive a confirmation email. Does that mean the form wasn't received? Thanks

  Could you try sending the request again? I can confirm the support request was not received.
  
  Alternatively, if you have a Maintenance and Support Agreement active and you are still having issues with the web-form request, you can reach us via chat or phone. If not, if you give me a brief description of the issue, we could create a support request in your name and attach it to your email address, so we can get the request going and provide you with assistance ASAP.
