Clear Form before use
I use a form (search box) to select the record I need to run from a database. Is there a way to have the form clear after running the label as I have to manually clear the previous entry before searching for a new record? If I reprint the same record it tries to print all labels from the database?

You should be able to stop the form from remembering both your previous searches and filters by accessing the Record Picker's Properties menu and unclicking the "Remember search" and "Remember filter" options on the "Record Picker" tab:
