    Hello Harri,

    Thank you for reaching us via the BarTender Community Forum.

    In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information:

    • What BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently using? You can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" section in BarTender Designer.
    • When did this issue start? Did you make any changes to the BarTender environment beforehand?
    • Does the issue happen when printing all labels, or just some particular labels?
    • Have you tried reinstalling BarTender? If not, we would suggest reinstalling the application. You can find the executable file in our download section.
