error message #3178

I'm getting error message #3178 when printing.
Description: "Printer Code Modifier spooling to printer failed." 

Didn't find anything related to this particular error code and I'm not familiar with it. What could couse this kind of error?

  In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information:
  
  

  • What BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently using? You can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" section in BarTender Designer.

  • When did this issue start? Did you make any changes to the BarTender environment beforehand?

  • Does the issue happen when printing all labels, or just some particular labels?

  • Have you tried reinstalling BarTender? If not, we would suggest reinstalling the application. You can find the executable file in our download section.
