    Hello Jorge,

Thank you for reaching us via the Community Forums!

A BarTender environment can consist of different BarTender applications running the same BarTender version (all BarTender 2021, 2022, etc), but these version's service releases can be different (some might be R1, while others could be running R4 for instance).

That being said, could you tell us what version are these machines running? Is it the same, just with different service releases? Also, what Windows version are they using? You can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" menu in BarTender Designer.

    Thanks!

Hello. Driver not related. OS not related. Bartender version mismatch doesn't lead to this. What will is *install permissions*. Quick check, open Bartender Admin Console (right click, open as admin) and go to system database tab and see if SCHEMA version shows in the top section next to STATUS. If schema is empty, uninstall bartender and run the installer as administrator (right click, run as admin) under an admin account. Sometimes it installs and doesn't have full reach into the system, and the largest symptom of this happening is bartender crashing when you launch it. If Schema number populates, you may be able to get by with a simple repair. You could take the installer for the version installed, launch it as admin, select repair when prompted. Let it finish, reboot and presto. If that fails, just gut it and reboot, reinstalling as admin.
