ZT421 Printing Issue
I have two printers that I print a 5x7 label; a ZT420 and a ZT421. The ZT420 prints the label full-sized. The ZT421 prints a shrunken label in the upper right hand corner leaving approximately 2.5" of white space to the left and approximately 1.75" of white space on the bottom. No matter what I have tried I cannot get the label to print full-size on the ZT421. Is this a driver issue or something in the hardware itself? Any ideas?

Have you installed the correct dpi printer driver for both devices? As if you are creating a file with with an incorrect resolution then the image file will shrink or increase depending which way round they are.
The print commands in the programming language of the Zebra (ZPL) are sent to the printer in dots and so a command to print a field at location 200,200 on the 200 dpi printer would print at 1 inch from the top and 1 inch the side but at 2/3rds of an inch if sent to a 300dpi printer.

Hello. my name is Paul and I've been working on this issue with Albert DeWitt. We have the latest Zebra ZT421 203dpi driver installed that I downloaded from Seagullscientific.com. I have tried to remove the driver from the server, resetting the printer settings to default, and reinstall the driver. But that didn't seem to change anything.
