Date format keep changing

    Hello Anthony,

    Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums!

    By your description, this same date format used to work without issues previous to changing the printing setup, correct?

    Currently, there is a known bug with a very similar description for BarTender 2021 R1; would it be possible for you to update BarTender to the latest Service Release available and test the software's behavior? You can find information about the updating process in the following article (the process is very similar to installing the software on top) and our latest Service Release for BarTender 2021 in our downloads section.

    Please, let us know if updating BarTender to the latest service release did the trick!

    I would suggest upgrading to the latest version in case this if a big with VM installs that has later been fixed, although I am not aware of this being an issue. 2021 R8 is the latest version.

    You could try deleting the date fields and re-adding them or saving the label under a different name. Alternatively create a new label just with a date field in the correct format and test with that.
