Wrong username or password?

We are receiving the below error when trying to print from BRData:

 

We have already tried the steps at: https://support.seagullscientific.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500011256522-Troubleshooting-guides-BarTender-Print-Portal?version=2021+and+later

  Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.
  
  In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would need the following information:
  
  

  • Are you using an integration? Is it a custom application (SDK)? Or are you using something else?
    
    
  • Do you get this same error when printing from BarTender?
    
    
  • Is the BarTender document connected to a database? If so, what database are you using? How is it connected and how are the credentials to the database assigned? (e.g. are they saved in the document or are they supposed to be provided with the integration?)

  
  With this information in hand, we should have some recommendations for this particular issue you are facing.
